Tony D'Amico to Present at the 2014 American Bar Association Annual Meeting

Tony D'Amico, SPPA, Senior Vice President of Goodman-Gable-Gould/Adjusters International, will speak at the upcoming 2014 Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry. The workshops and presentations held during this meeting will focus on providing practical solutions to many of the problems and situations faced during the course of an ongoing construction project. For his workshop, Tony will be speaking on the topic of "Optimal Claims Management Practices to Ensure Maximum Recovery in Construction Insurance Policies" alongside co-presenter Amy Iannone of DPR Construction.

As a Senior Professional Public Adjuster, Tony specializes in builders risk insurance claims along with the evaluation and supervision of business income/extra expense losses. This experience gives him real-world insight into construction insurance policies and into how to manage an insurance claim during the course of an ongoing project. His workshop will focus on various insurance coverages that may be available for a particular loss, and the best practices for speedy recovery to keep a project on time and on budget, including proper methods for filing claims and best practices for collecting claims proceeds promptly.
